What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is 100 pairs. Enter the total quantity in the design form and describe any requested split by size or artwork. Different designs and personalisation requirements should be explained clearly so the project can be quoted correctly.
Can I choose the sock model and see it first?
Yes. The form includes visual cards for crew, sports, ankle, no-show, knee-high and grip socks. Choosing a card updates the selected model and the style preview. These images show the model; your own logo and colour layout are reviewed in the design mockup.
Can I specify Pantone colours and packaging?
You can choose named colours with Pantone references for the sock, cuff, heel and toe, or enter your own reference. Screen colours are approximate. Packaging choices include a custom wrap band, hang tag, individual bag and sticker, gift box or no branded packaging. Describe any additional requirements in the comments.
What artwork can I send?
The form accepts JPG, PNG and PDF files up to 5 MB. Send a clear logo and any brand guidelines you have. If you only have a rough idea, describe it in the brief. Detailed artwork may need adaptation to suit a knitted design, which is reviewed with the proposed mockup.
How much does an order cost and how long does it take?
We prepare a quote for the selected model, quantity, materials, artwork, packaging and destination. There is no single price or production time that applies to every specification. Include your preferred arrival date and any event deadline so feasibility can be discussed before approval.
Does submitting the form place an order?
No. The form requests a design mockup and quotation. You review the proposed specification and commercial details before a paid order is confirmed. For a repeat enquiry, share the earlier design and identify any changes.
