Ordering branded socks involves more than choosing a colour and quantity. The design, size mix, packaging and destination all affect the project. Our enquiry process brings those decisions together so the quote and artwork can be prepared around the same brief.
1. Build your specification
Choose a model from the six visual options in the form. Add logo placement, colours, text, stripes and any personalisation. The summary updates as you make selections. Enter at least 100 pairs and choose your material preference, size range and packaging. If you are uncertain about a detail, explain your intended use in the comments and ask for advice.
2. Send your artwork and delivery brief
Upload your logo or email artwork questions to sales@socksprime.com. Include the company name, delivery country and preferred arrival date. For an event, give the event date separately so the schedule can be discussed with the right context. Sending an enquiry is a request for a mockup and quote, not a purchase commitment.
3. Review the proposal and mockup
Review the proposed style, logo treatment, colours and packaging together. Check spelling, individual names and the size mix carefully. The final quotation should identify the agreed specification and any relevant delivery details. If you request a change, ask for the revised design or quotation to be confirmed before approval.
4. Confirm the project details
Production and delivery timing are confirmed for each order after the specification and artwork are agreed. Different models, finishing requirements and destinations can affect the schedule, so we do not publish a single guaranteed lead time for every project. Keep the approved artwork and order details available for reference, and use them as the starting point if you later request a repeat order.
