SocksPrime welcomes custom sock enquiries for European and US destinations. Whether you are planning a company gift, a trade show giveaway or branded merchandise, the delivery brief should be part of the project from the beginning. A clear destination and arrival date help us assess the order accurately.
Share the destination early
Select the delivery country in the quote form and include any location-specific information in the comments. Tell us whether the socks will go to an office, fulfilment partner or event venue. If you need delivery to more than one location, describe the quantities for each destination so shipping arrangements can be discussed.
Distinguish production from transit
Artwork preparation, approval, production and shipping are separate parts of the schedule. A requested arrival date is not automatically a confirmed delivery promise. Share your deadline before approving the project so the proposed timing can be reviewed against the chosen model, quantity and packaging.
Clarify what is included in the quotation
Ask for the shipping arrangement and any applicable destination charges to be clarified in the final quote. Import procedures, taxes and customs treatment depend on the destination and agreed shipment terms. We confirm the commercial details for the project rather than assuming the same arrangement applies to every European or US order.
Prepare a useful international order brief
Include the number of pairs, size mix, chosen sock model, logo file, colour references and packaging format. Add the destination country, preferred delivery date and any event deadline. The minimum order is 100 pairs. For a repeat project, share the earlier artwork and explain any changes to the quantity or destination. Contact sales@socksprime.com if your delivery requirements need discussion before you complete the form.
